Alan This was the second sleep positioner that we used. The boys didn't seem to like this one as much. Also, we tried to use it to keep them a bit on their sides (so their heads woudn't be flat) but they always managed to turn onto the backs with this. It was easy to use though and they didn't slide down (since there's no angle on it).
